Thanks for asking! You can learn more about us here, but in a nutshell: we’re a few entrepreneurs at heart who also love investing and coaching other founders or entrepreneurs. We’ve successfully launched over 20 new products, and participated in over a dozen acquisitions (both as buyers and sellers), ranging from $100k to high 8-figures in total consideration.
We’re most interested in software companies, but we’re keen to hear from any fantastic business with strong profits & teams!

1. We decide quickly whether to make an offer or not.
2. Our diligence process focuses on key business metrics & information to move through the process quickly and smoothly.
3. We complete a cash payment at closing.
4. Your business-as-usual continues — no integration into a broader company, realigning goals, shifting resources, or neglecting your core business.
