We built Medley around the kind of acquisition we would have wanted when we ran SkyVerge.

We know what it's like to build a company worth millions of dollars, enjoy running it, and still want to reduce the personal financial risk tied up in it. What we wanted was meaningful liquidity, continued upside, and an owner who didn't mistake acquiring the company for earning the right to run every part of it.
