We’ve founded multiple businesses together in the past 12+ years, and participated in dozens of acquisitions. We aim to provide exit paths we would have been excited to take as founders.
We believe in buying fantastic businesses and holding onto them. They’re already successful, and we want to buy them because of how they run.

We believe in doing things “the right way”, in having character, even when no one is looking. We feel like hard work in the face of adversity, and persevering through challenges is a pretty important skill. We strive to be people who are generous with our time, attention, and knowledge — people who understand and appreciate how others feel, and how we make them feel. And we try to lean in with curiosity, assuming the best intentions of others over the worst.
We try to bring these operating principles into the way we do business — it’s a big reason why we believe in clear communication and respect on both sides of a deal. We want to be an acquirer that you want to sell to and work with, because you know your company is in good hands.
